1. Who these standards cover
These Child Safety Standards apply to the Fotsee app and to the developer name shown on the Fotsee listing on Google Play. Fotsee is a private photo and video album app.
Fotsee is intended for people 13 years of age and older. It is not directed to children under 13.
2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited
Fotsee prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes any content, account, comment, album, or message that sexually exploits or abuses a child, or that solicits, shares, or promotes that material.
You may not use Fotsee to:
- Upload, store, request, or share child sexual abuse material
- Sexualize a minor, or arrange sexual contact with a minor
- Groom a child, or ask a child for sexual photos, videos, or messages
- Threaten to share sexual content of a child
This prohibition applies to private albums as well as any content other people can see.
3. How to report
If you see content or behavior on Fotsee that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, email the Fotsee Child Safety team at dev@fotsee.com. Include the username, album, and a short description. Do not forward the content itself.
You can also use Profile → Settings → Contact Support in the app.
4. What Fotsee does
When we learn of a CSAE report, we remove the content, suspend the account, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement when the law requires it.
